Distance sales contract

This contract is provided for consumers in Türkiye under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Turkish version is authoritative.

Seller: Barosoft Limited, email info@barosoft.co.uk, website iqtonics.com. Buyer: the person who buys the membership, identified by the email address entered at checkout.

The sale of the online IQtonics membership described in the pre-contract information form, on the terms shown at checkout.

$1.00 for a 7-day trial, then $29.99 every 28 days until cancelled. Payment is collected through Stripe. The Buyer authorises recurring charges until cancellation.

The Seller provides access online immediately after payment and for the duration of the membership.

As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access begins (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). The Buyer may cancel future renewals at any time.

The Buyer can cancel online at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no further charges are made.

The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

The Buyer confirms having read the pre-contract information form and accepts this contract electronically by ticking the box at checkout before paying.
