Withdraw from your contract

Consumers in the UK, the EU and some other countries can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the purchase (and, where their country's law provides it, after a renewal) without giving a reason. Just fill in the form below.

We send you a confirmation of receipt by email straight away. If your withdrawal is within the withdrawal period, we end your membership and refund your payment in full within 14 days using your original payment method. You can also simply cancel future renewals at any time in your account settings.
